Safety Conscious Observation Protects Employees

A Behavior Based Safety Program developed to help management and employees alike to learn more about applying these principles to bring their company toward an incident/injury free culture where all levels of one organization can become meaningfully involved in improving employee/management communication as well as safety performance.

The at-risk behavior observation principles when applied, is a pro-active approach toward accomplishing the incident/injury free workplace we all strive to achieve.

The observation provides an excellent mechanism for measurement and feedback on safety performance as well as problem solving for continuous improvement.
