All individuals working in or frequenting any portion of a radiation area shall be instructed in the safety problems associated with exposure to such materials or radiation and in precautionary measures to minimize exposure, as well as the report of radiation exposure. Training should include:

• Limits on exposure to radiation and radioactive material
• Measures to take after exposure.
• Personnel monitoring and equipment
• Caution signs and labels
• Exposure records and reports
• What is NORM and where is it found?
• Disposal

Length: 3 hrs.
