As promulgated by OSHA standard 29CFR 1910.157, the employer shall provide an educational program to familiarize employees with the general principle of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting. Training shall include:

• Types of fires
• Types of extinguishers
• Extinguishing Agents
• Components of combustion
• Fire prevention
• Fire control Techniques
• Functions and operations of portable extinguishers/P.A.S.S. Method

Length: 2 hrs.
