Accident Investigation

This course is structured for supervisors and members of investigation teams responsible for accident/incident investigation. Strong emphasis is placed on the systematic approach and analysis of possible causes of accidents. Training includes all areas recommended by OSHA:

• Team selection and tools
• Techniques, sketching, and mapping
• Interviewing witnesses
• Analysis of damages and reconstruction
• Human factors
• Causal factors
• Use of Root Cause Analysis
